Insurance

Please note, I do not accept or bill insurance for my counseling services as an “out of network provider.” In the past, I have worked hard to partner with my clients to provide detailed invoices for them to submit for partial or full reimbursement. However, I no longer provide this service. Insurance companies are making it more and more difficult to stay independent of their policies and are requiring a lot more of us as therapists and our time. As a solo practitioner that also does all of my own admin, I have decided it is in the best interest of everyone for my primary focus to be spent in sessions with clients rather than on paperwork. Thus, I am a private pay only therapist. 

Payment

I accept all major credit cards via square.com as well as checking account payments via Zelle. Both online payment platforms are linked to the email address tiffany@resilient-hearts.com.

Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you fail to give 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment or do not show for your appointment you may be charged the full session fee.
